Singapore Service Centre (Training will be provided
a. Inspect, diagnose, and provide device repair service for our customers
b. Receive jobs, enter and complete all required data for entry to our ticketing system (Freshdesk)
c. Prepare service quotation
d. Prepare service report, Customer job follow-up
e. Logistics arrangement for returns to the customer
f. General housekeeping duties, maintaining a neat, clean, and orderly work area
g. Ad hoc duties assigned by the Manager
h. Manage spare parts inventory to minimize equipment downtime.
2. Test units management, including:
Update record
Prepare the loan form for customers
Arrange delivery of the demo unit to customers
Monitor and follow up on the return of demo units
3. Pre- and post-sale support for APAC Customers (with guidance)
a. Provide technical advice and support to assist sales activities
b. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
