Responsibilities
- Perform installation, commissioning, and maintenance of precision cooling / HVAC systems at customer sites.
- Carry out regular inspections, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to ensure reliable system performance.
- Diagnose issues involving mechanical, electrical, control, or networkrelated components.
- Complete system tests, verification checks, and commissioning activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications.
- Prepare clear service and commissioning reports, including test results and improvement recommendations.
- Coordinate with internal teams and customers to ensure smooth project execution and system integration.
- Provide basic onsite training to clients or colleagues on system operation and upkeep.
- Manage documentation, spareparts requests, and timely submission of work reports.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and service vehicle in good working condition.
- Promote additional services or parts when relevant and contribute feedback for process improvements.
- Uphold strict workplace safety standards at all job sites.
Qualifications
- NITEC / NTC / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
- Handson experience in HVAC servicing, maintenance, or troubleshooting, preferably with customer interaction.
- Knowledge of airconditioning, refrigeration, electrical systems, and controls.
- Able to read technical diagrams and schematics.
- Strong problemsolving ability with good communication and teamwork skills.
- Selfmotivated, able to prioritize tasks and work independently.
- Possesses a valid driver's licence and willing to travel for site work.
