Service Engineer
- Handle product, technical, warranty, spare parts enquiries and complaints from end-customers, distributors, dealers
- Monitor quality issue and abnormal defect to make report to factory, take necessary action against warehouse, distributor and factory.
- Support for establish of service management and service centre for local and export market.
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma in Engineering or related discipline with minimum 2 years of experience
- Technical knowledge in home appliances or audio visual will be an advantages
