Job Summary
You will provide technical support and maintenance services for clients machinery and equipment, driving operational efficiency and productivity improvements. Collaborate with production and cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing processes and contribute to product and process innovation.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical equipment issues to recommend and implement effective corrective actions that minimize downtime
- Conduct periodic inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure consistent equipment reliability and safety
- Collaborate with the production team to analyze processes and implement improvements that enhance manufacturing productivity
- Assist in designing and developing new products or process enhancements to support business growth and innovation
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all service, maintenance, and testing activities for compliance and operational transparency
- Lead PSV/SRV testing and perform onsite or shipyard service jobs to meet customer requirements and ensure regulatory compliance
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to coordinate service activities and resolve technical challenges
- Work independently and proactively manage tasks while contributing as a collaborative team member in a dynamic environment
Required competencies and certifications
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a service engineer or production engineer role involving mechanical systems
- Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and manuals to support troubleshooting and maintenance activities

- Strong technical expertise in mechanical systems, troubleshooting, and problem-solving to deliver timely and effective solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and internal teams
