Provide technical support and on-site service for marine equipment, primarily marine engines.
Be responsible for the execution and overall management of on-site projects, including but not limited to:
Coordinating with ship owners, vessel crew, and third-party contractors
Developing and implementing technical proposals and work plans
Planning and allocating resources, manpower arrangement and task assignment
Providing technical guidance and support to the service team
Managing project schedule, quality control, and safety compliance
Preparing service reports and technical documentation
Liaising and coordinating with internal departments and external stakeholders.
Ensure all projects are carried out in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, classification society requirements, industry standards, and workplace safety requirements, and are completed safely, on time, and within quality standards.
Establish and maintain good working relationships with customers and uphold the company's professional image.
Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Naval Architecture, or related disciplines.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in the marine or offshore industry
Possession of a Seafarer's Certificate will be an added advantage.
Technical Competencies:
Familiar with classification society rules, relevant regulations, and marine repair/installation practices
Good command of written and spoken English.

Able to travel overseas when required
