Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers on gas turbine / rotating equipment operational issues
- Coordinate and support both planned and unplanned maintenance activities with internal teams and vendors
- Perform fault investigation, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for plant-related issues
- Prepare and present technical reports, procedures, and diagnostic findings
- Monitor equipment performance, analyse RAM data, and recommend corrective actions
- Participate in customer discussions, technical meetings, and service-related activities
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in gas turbine, steam turbine, or other rotating equipment within industrial or power plant environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with hands-on technical experience
