Job Description

Responsibilities

Install, commission, maintain, calibrate, and repair vacuum, leak detection, gas analysis, and pressure measurement equipment.
Troubleshoot equipment issues, identify root causes, and perform repairs effectively.
Conduct functional and performance checks after servicing to ensure equipment reliability.
Respond to customer service requests and minimize equipment downtime.
Provide technical support and guidance on equipment operation and maintenance.
Prepare accurate service, maintenance, and calibration reports.
Coordinate with customers and internal teams on service schedules, spare parts, and follow-up actions.
Follow all safety, quality, cleanroom, and site requirements.
Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements to equipment reliability and service processes.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree, Diploma or Nitec in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
3-5 years of hands-on experience in equipment servicing, troubleshooting, and repair.
Experience with vacuum systems, leak detectors, gas analysers, or similar technical equipment.
Experience in the semiconductor or manufacturing industry, preferably in a cleanroom environment.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Quick learner with good technical and customer communication skills.
Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to safety and quality.
