Job Responsibilities:
Technical Service & Maintenance:
- Perform periodic servicing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CRAC/WDS systems.
- Diagnose hardware/software faults, identify root causes, and recommend solutions.
- Conduct equipment power-up/down procedures and respond promptly to e-calls (emergency calls).
Client Support & Training:
- Provide technical support and onsite training on Operation & Maintenance Manuals (OMM).
- Maintain strong client relationships, particularly with site engineers.
- Liaise with customer engineering departments to ensure compliance with company procedures and quality guidelines.
Documentation & Reporting:
- Complete detailed service reports after each servicing/e-call.
- Submit weekly/monthly reports on work activities, progress, and remedial actions.
- Maintain accurate filing, documentation, and tracking of all service records.
Site & Contractor Management:
- Monitor and manage contractor activities to ensure adherence to safety/operational procedures.
- Review site Events and Actions, implementing corrective measures as needed.
- Plan, execute, and update daily work schedules.
Safety & Compliance:
- Strictly follow data center safety rules, regulations, and quality standards.
- Ensure all work activities comply with occupational safety guidelines.
- Support ad-hoc tasks assigned by superiors
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Possess good practical knowledge of electrical and mechanical works
- Training Provided for those without/lesser experience
