Service Engineer
Job Description
- Conduct maintenance and repairs on AWP/EWP and Material Handling products, both in the field and in the workshop
- Address warranty issues promptly and communicate effectively about any repair limitations
- Travel as necessary to various sites to support our AWP/EWP customer base throughout the region
- Provide feedback on product improvements and design changes for products and services
- Be prepared to travel internationally to support business operations in other Southeast Asian countries, ensuring consistent service standards and customer satisfaction across the regional market
- Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, machinery, or a related field
- Hands-on ability and a willingness to troubleshoot and solve problems
- Good communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude
- Comfortable working on-site and supporting customers with equipment installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and service
- Previous field service experience is a plus, but not required
- Open to candidates with little or no relevant experience
