Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Attend to customer enquiries and complaints, including on-site calls
  • Recommend preventive measures and provide prompt and effective resolution to technical problems
  • Assuage dissatisfied customers with prompt resolutions for any product or service issues
  • Provide guidance and technical assistance to service teams and sub-contractors on service assignments, testing and commissioning; verify sub-contractors jobs
  • Remain actively involved in the implementation of department strategies and initiatives such as service value-chain businesses
  • Update Service information system and follow up with all necessary paper work diligently, timely and accurately for smooth operation of the department

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum 2 years of technical experience with knowledge in air-conditioning, chiller, ACMV or HVAC systems
  • Resourceful with good analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Good team player with ability to lead and multi-task
  • Possess Class 3 driving license will be an added advantage
