- Respond to customer service requests and on-site troubleshooting for chiller and HVAC systems.
- Recommend preventive actions and deliver timely, effective technical solutions.
- Support and guide service teams and subcontractors during servicing, testing, and commissioning.
- Ensure accurate service records and documentation are updated promptly.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- At least 2 years technical experience in chiller, HVAC, ACMV, or air-conditioning systems.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Possess Class 3 driving licence is an advantage.
