Service Engineer - CCTV

Job Description:

• Performing regular inspections, testing, and maintenance of CCTV systems to identify and resolve any issues or malfunctions

• Troubleshooting and providing technical support to clients, helping them to optimise the performance of their CCTV systems

• Upgrading and modernising CCTV systems to enhance their functionality and capabilities

• Liaising with clients to understand their evolving security requirements and recommending appropriate solutions

• Maintaining detailed records of all service activities and reporting on system performance

• Collaborating with the wider engineering team to share best practices and drive continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Min Nitec in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of CCTV systems

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues

• Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and collaborate within a team

• A proactive and customer-focused approach, with a commitment to delivering high-quality service
