Job Description:
Performing regular inspections, testing, and maintenance of CCTV systems to identify and resolve any issues or malfunctions
Troubleshooting and providing technical support to clients, helping them to optimise the performance of their CCTV systems
Upgrading and modernising CCTV systems to enhance their functionality and capabilities
Liaising with clients to understand their evolving security requirements and recommending appropriate solutions
Maintaining detailed records of all service activities and reporting on system performance
Collaborating with the wider engineering team to share best practices and drive continuous improvement
Requirements:
Min Nitec in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of CCTV systems
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues
Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and collaborate within a team
