Job Responsibilities:
- Planning / Assigning sub-contractors and manpower for the maintenance work and from project handover
- Supervising & Managing of Subcontractor to carry out maintenance & servicing works
- Plan and schedule Preventive Maintenance
- Perform routine checks, system back-ups & restoration, troubleshooting and upgrading/improvement of system to ensure optimal functioning.
- Record servicing & maintenance data and generate a service report
- Provide Technical / Operational guidance, engineering solutions to the Maintenance Site Facility Management
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Knowledge on BMS / PLC / HVAC will be a plus point
