Service Engineer

Job Descriptions:

. Valve remote control and tank gauging system

. Hydraulic deck machinery testing/ commissioning/ service

. Installation, maintenance and upgrade these systems and related equipment , including inspection, testing and repair

. Carryout testing and inspections by company policies and procedures

. Must have relevant experience in Electrical/ Instrumentation/ Hydraulic fields

. Able to read and understand the electrical drawings and P&ID/ hydraulic circuits

. Need to work onboard the ship (shipyard, anchorage, offshore) if necessary

. Travel to overseas for service job when necessary

. Preferred background knowledges:

. Hydraulic/ Pneumatic/ Electric Actuator functions/ principles

. Hydraulic Power Units functions/ Trouble Shooting/ Service

. Electrical Motor Stater panel troubleshoot, solenoid control, instrumentation, Automation control troubleshoot

. Basic knowledge for the PLC Programming upload/ download/ Scada/ HMI

Requirements:

. Minimum Diploma/ Degree in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineer

. Minimum 3 years of relevant working especially in Marine/ Offshore/ Instrumentation & Control/ Hydraulic

. A self-starter

. Comfortable working independently and working with team members

. Innovative thinking, thinking outside-the-box, resourceful problem solver

. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
