Service Engineer

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Service Engineer to support our growing operations. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, as structured training and guidance will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and calibrate test and measurement equipment
• Provide technical support to customers and channel partners
• Perform on-site service and calibration (Including overseas assignments when required)
• Handle RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) processes
• Support inventory management and procurement of spare parts
• Perform calibration in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025 standards

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related field
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Basic knowledge of RF, wireless communications, or electronics is an advantage
• Hands-on experience with test equipment is a plus (not required)
• Good communication skills, positive attitude, and willingness to learn
• Willingness to travel occasionally
