We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Service Engineer to support our growing operations. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, as structured training and guidance will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, repair, and calibrate test and measurement equipment
- Provide technical support to customers and channel partners
- Perform on-site service and calibration (including overseas assignments when required)
- Handle RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) processes
- Support inventory management and procurement of spare parts
- Perform calibration in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025 standards
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related field
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Basic knowledge of RF, wireless communications, or electronics is an advantage
- Hands-on experience with test equipment is a plus (not required)
- Good communication skills, positive attitude, and willingness to learn
- Willingness to travel occasionally
