  • Conduct onsite and remote technical training, empowering users to operate and maintain their systems confidently.
  • Prepare detailed service reports, technical documentation, and improvement recommendations.
  • Conduct Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) to support smooth project delivery.

Customer Support & Relationship Excellence

What You Bring

  • Diploma (minimum) or Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, Instrumentation, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of handson experience in equipment repair, maintenance, or servicing.
  • Strong understanding of electronic circuits, sensors, control systems, and instrumentation principles.
  • Experience with analytical instruments (fuel/lubricant testing, tribology, or materials analysis experience is a plus).
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
  • Strong troubleshooting mindset and the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
  • Clear communication skills for engaging with customers, engineers, and technical teams.
  • Willingness to travel within Singapore and occasionally in the region.
  • Experience with multinational manufacturers or distributors is an advantage.
  • Understanding of ASTM/ISO standards and regulatory requirements for scientific equipment.

Why This Role Is Exciting

  • Work with cuttingedge analytical equipment used in research labs, industrial QA, and highperformance engineering environments.
  • Opportunities to specialize in niche instrumentation, become a regional technical expert, or grow into applications engineering, product training, or technical leadership.
  • Be part of a collaborative team that values learning, knowledge sharing, and continuous skill development.
  • Work closely with global manufacturing partners and technology innovators.
