Service engineer

Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Technical Service Engineer located in Singapore. The Technical Service Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, performing troubleshooting, ensuring resolution of hardware and software-related issues, and maintaining the performance of technical systems. The role also involves analyzing system issues, collaborating with team members, and supporting clients with excellent communication. The engineer will play a key role in ensuring the seamless operation of technical systems.

• Experience in Technical Support and Troubleshooting tasks

• Experience with diagnostic tools and technical documentation is a plus
