Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 24/7 standby and emergency technical support to customers.
  • Handle installation, commissioning, maintenance, and on-site training.
  • Support distributors/end-users with troubleshooting and site recovery.
  • Investigate product issues, identify root causes, and recommend solutions.
  • Review warranty claims and assess repair scope.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key customers until issues are resolved.
  • Prepare clear and systematic service reports.
  • Develop and deliver service training to distributors and dealers.
  • Keep all technical documents and training materials updated.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
  • Years of relevant field service or technical support experience.
  • Willing to travel across Asia Pacific and Southeast Asia.
  • Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
  • Familiarity with power generation, electrical systems, and engine control units (e.g., John Deere ECU, KDI ECU) is a plus.
  • Team player with a hands-on, task-oriented mindset.
