Responsibilities:

• Attend to customer enquiries and complaints, including on-site service calls.

• Recommend preventive measures and provide prompt, effective resolution to technical problems.

• Handle dissatisfied customers professionally and resolve product or service issues quickly.

• Provide guidance and technical assistance to service teams and sub-contractors on assignments, testing, and commissioning verify subcontractors work.

• Actively participate in implementing department strategies and initiatives, including service value-chain businesses.

• Update service information systems and ensure all paperwork is completed diligently, accurately, and on time to support smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of technical experience in air-conditioning, chiller, ACMV, or HVAC systems.

• Possess Class 3 driving license (added advantage).

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
