RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide comprehensive range of technical after-sales service support, installation, commissioning and repair plus preventive maintenance plans for scientific and/or biopharmaceutical equipment.
Provide technical consultation to customers.
Respond to customers requests by troubleshooting problems and taking corrective actions within targeted timeline.
Prepare service reports.
REQUIREMENTS
ITE/Higher NITEC/Diploma/Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 3 years of relevant technical work experience in service/ maintenance.
Ideally process experience in similar industry (scientific/biopharmaceutical).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently and a team player.
Self-motivated, results-oriented individual with good business acumen.
Experience in lab, cleanroom, bio containment environment or high plume fan will be an advantage
Valid Class 3 driving license and personal vehicle will be an added advantage
