Liaise with customers to resolve technical and service issues related to analytical instruments such as Particle Size Analyzers, XRF, Spectroscopy, and ICP systems.
Perform installation, commissioning, calibration, maintenance, and repair of instruments at customer sites.
Provide technical training to customers, including scientists, engineers, and distributors.
Collaborate with internal sales teams and regional technical teams to ensure high service standards.
Develop strong relationships with customers and act as a trusted technical advisor.
Identify opportunities for preventive maintenance contracts and service upgrades.
Prepare service reports and spare parts quotations in response to customer inquiries.
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering (or equivalent).
1-2 years of experience servicing scientific instruments (4+ years preferred for Senior level).
Knowledge of analytical instruments such as Particle Size Analyzers, XRF, Spectroscopy, or ICP is an advantage.
Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
Good planning and time management skills to ensure service efficiency.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
Preferably possess own transport.
Willingness to travel overseas to support regional customers.
