A skilled Service Desk Consultant (Migration Specialist) with expertise in troubleshooting and supporting end user queries. Proficient in file transfer protocols (FTP, SFTP), secure communication technologies (SSH, SSL), and basic networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP. Adept at cryptography, firewall configurations, and application testing across development, testing, UAT, and production environments. Experienced in data center types and migration strategies. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach to ensure seamless IT support and system security.

Technical Skills:

Working knowledge in Operating systems, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint

FTP file transfer protocol SSH Secure Shell, SSH keys, private and public keys, Types of configurations in SSH SSL - Secure Sockets Layer, SSL certificates update SFTP - Secure File Transfer Protocol Basic Network concepts like TCPIP, IP Address, Subnet mask, Gateway, DNS, DHCP Cryptography and its types Firewalls and its types Application testing environments Development, Testing, UAT, Production, Application Testing types Datacenter types, Data center migration approaches
