We are looking for a Service Desk Engineer to support our24/7 IT services and to provide timely IT services to affected users.
Responsibilities:
. Monitor the smooth functions of IT networks andserver systems.
. Provide timely respond to incidents/service requests
. Be the point of contact to users, 3rdparty service providers and other departments.
. Keep up-to-date documentation and detailedrecords of incidents and problems.
Requirements:
. At least Higher NITEC in information Technologyor related studies.
. 1 - 2 years of experience preferably in theNetwork Operations Centre environment.
. Able to work 12-hour Rotating Day and Nightshirft work including weekends and Public Holidays.
