Job Requirements
Provide end-user IT support with priority handling for VIP users
Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and M365 issues (including remote support)
Perform device onboarding/offboarding, handover/collection, and basic IT asset management
Handle call logging, ticket tracking, and SLA response via ITSM tools
Set up and configure laptops/desktops create/manage AD user profiles
Coordinate vendor repairs and manage DaaS device incidents
Support mobile device management (preferably Intune) and video/audio conferencing
Assist with BAU activities such as hardware refresh and Windows upgrades
Prepare and update basic technical documentation
Provide backend server/backup troubleshooting support (added advantage)
Mailbox management experience is an advantage
Qualifications
Around 3 years of Desktop/End-User Support experience
Good communication skills
Positive and proactive attitude
Diploma holder
