Service Desk Analyst (Contract)

Job Description

Our esteem client is looking for Assistant Engineers to join their 24/7 Service Desk to provide high availability of enterprise IT services.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the Single point of contact to users, stakeholders and third party vendors.
• Monitoring enterprise networks and server systems and maintaining documentation and records.
• Ensure escalation of incidents to appropriate vendors.
• Resolve and track incidents/service requests and ensure closure within agreed SLA.

Requirements:

• Minimum Higher NITEC in Information Technology with 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Excellent customer service skillsand communication skills
• Prior experience in Network Operations Centre (NOC) environment.
• Work location - Near Cashew MRT station
