Job Description
Our esteem client is looking for Assistant Engineers to join their 24/7 Service Desk to provide high availability of enterprise IT services.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the Single point of contact to users, stakeholders and third party vendors.
- Monitoring enterprise networks and server systems and maintaining documentation and records.
- Ensure escalation of incidents to appropriate vendors.
- Resolve and track incidents/service requests and ensure closure within agreed SLA.
Requirements:
- Minimum Higher NITEC in Information Technology with 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Excellent customer service skillsand communication skills
- Prior experience in Network Operations Centre (NOC) environment.
- Work location - Near Cashew MRT station
