Job Description

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional IT support Join us as a Service Desk Analyst and be the first point of contact for our internal and external users!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary contact for inquiries and issues raised by users.
  • Ensure client and stakeholder satisfaction by minimizing rework and meeting service targets.
  • Serve as a backup resource during contingency situations to ensure seamless operations.
  • Review and follow up on tickets with L2 Support to ensure timely updates and resolution within SLA deadlines.
  • Prepare and analyze reports to identify actionable insights that drive process improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 1-2 years experience in Service Desk or IT Support role.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
