Job Title: Service Desk Agent (12-hour Shift)

Position Summary
We are seeking Service Desk Agents to join our team tagged to a large scale IT Company. You will provide IT support in a 12-hour rotating shift environment, ensuring timely resolution of incidents, effective communication, and adherence to service levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line IT support and incident resolution for end-users.
- Handle inquiries related to Microsoft Office 365 and basic IT troubleshooting.
- Log, categorize, and escalate incidents in accordance with ITIL Service Management processes.
- Ensure issues are followed up to closure within defined SLAs.
- Work collaboratively with resolver teams to manage escalated cases.
Requirements
- Education: Higher Nitec/Diploma or higher in IT-related fields.
- Mandatory Skills: Microsoft Office 365.
- Preferred Skills:
Microsoft Windows OS troubleshooting
ITIL IT Service Management (knowledge/certification preferred) - Experience: At least 1 year in IT Service Desk, Desktop Support, or End-User Support roles.
Employment Details
- Shiftwork: Yes - 12-hour shifts (rotating day/night).
- Allowance:
Day shift: $10/shift
Night shift: $22/shift - Annual Leave: 10 days (12-hr shift workers only).
- Notice Period: 1 month (applies to both parties).
- Start Date: Immediate or within 1 month (subject to background/education verification & work pass approval if required).
- Standby Duty: Not required.
