Service Delivery Project Manager

We're partnering with a leading enterprise technology environment supporting large-scale, mission-critical infrastructure across Singapore. This is an opportunity to work on complex hybrid IT systems with strong governance, structured processes, and exposure to enterprise-grade operations.

You will be part of the IT Governance team, driving service delivery, compliance, and operational excellence across a portfolio of systems. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, detail-oriented, and strong in stakeholder management.

What You'll Be Doing

You will oversee service management activities across a system or family of systems, including:

1. Service Management

• Monitor and report SLA/KPI performance across systems
• Engage directly with stakeholders, Ops Managers, and vendors
• Provide regular updates on system health, risks, and incidents
• Prepare monthly reports and participate in governance meetings (Service Review, Audit, Ops, etc.)
• Support DR/BCP, backup & recovery exercises
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in IT governance and processes

2. Configuration Management

• Review and maintain oversight of IT asset inventory (hardware, software, network)
• Track system obsolescence and provide regular reporting

3. Incident Management

• Lead incident investigation and resolution
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and recommend preventive measures

4. IT Security Management

• Coordinate security scans and ensure vulnerabilities are remediated
• Perform regular access and security reviews
• Track patching and risk mitigation activities
• Escalate risks and seek approvals where required

5. IT Security Compliance & QA

• Ensure systems comply with policies, standards, and audit requirements
• Support audits by providing documentation and evidence
• Develop rectification plans for audit findings
• Maintain proper documentation for governance and compliance reviews
• Work with stakeholders on system enhancements for policy changes

What We're Looking For

• Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
• Min 5+ years of IT experience, with exposure to service management / governance
• Experience in ITSM, Incident Management, Configuration Management
• Familiar with SDLC and IT governance frameworks
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Able to manage multiple systems and priorities in a structured environment
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven
