We are looking for a seasoned IT PM / SDM for a critical project to manage the delivery of a vendor to a prestigious client.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain governance structures for effective service delivery and stakeholder alignment.
- Coordinate with customers, internal teams, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Plan, document, and manage project schedules, meetings, and follow-ups.
- Prepare and maintain project plans, timelines, and deliver regular/ad-hoc status reports.
- Oversee delivery and implementation activities to ensure alignment with objectives, quality standards, and deadlines.
- Manage vendor performance, including issue resolution, deliverable quality, and adherence to SLAs and compliance requirements.
- Review and govern IT change requests, ensuring technical completeness, proper approvals, and accurate execution per plan.
- Monitor system maintenance, upgrades, and security compliance in collaboration with vendor IT teams.
- Support system users by coordinating incident resolution, service requests, and operational support with stakeholders.
- Review operational reports, logs, and alerts to ensure completeness, compliance, and continuous service quality.
Candidate Requirements
- Strong leadership, planning, and project management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities.
- 5-10+ years in project management, service delivery, or IT operations roles.
- Proven track record managing end-to-end project delivery and steady-state support services.
- Experience working with external vendors and multi-stakeholder environments (often client-facing).
- Exposure to system implementation, maintenance, and upgrade cycles.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
