Make An Impact By

• Own end-to-end service delivery, governance, commercial performance and operational excellence for dedicated mobile core, wireless, WAN and RAN services supporting the customer.
• Lead deployment, transition-to-run and steady-state operations across multi-disciplinary internal teams, vendors and partners.
• Establish service governance covering milestones, quality gates, acceptance criteria, risk, issue, change and escalation management.
• Serve as the senior service interface for stakeholders, executive sponsors and internal leadership, including service reviews and major escalations.
• Ensure SLA, availability, resilience, security, audit and compliance obligations are met, while driving incident, problem, change, release, capacity, continuity and service improvement processes.
• Drive secure operating practices, vendor governance, budget tracking, operational efficiency, automation and people leadership across the service delivery organisation.
  
  

Skills For Success

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline.
• 12–18 years experience in telco, managed services, network operations or large-scale infrastructure delivery, including senior leadership of mission-critical, multi-vendor services in regulated or high-security environments. Strong background in mobile core, wireless, WAN, RAN, service assurance, build-to-run transition, senior stakeholder management, executive governance, service performance, budgets and vendor delivery.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL/service management, operational governance and major incident leadership.
• Working knowledge of secure network operations, cyber security controls, incident response and vulnerability management.
• Familiarity with ITSM, monitoring, NMS, SIEM, SOAR, CMDB, observability and automation platforms.
• PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL or equivalent project/service delivery certification.
• Executive presence with strong communication, influencing, negotiation and presentation skills; ability to operate under pressure in matrixed, multi-disciplinary and high-accountability environments; structured, commercially aware and outcome-focused with strong risk, issue and escalation discipline; customer-focused leadership style with ability to build trust with senior customer and internal stakeholders.
