We are looking for energetic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Service Crew at our quick service restaurant. As part of the frontline team, you will play a key role in ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining restaurant cleanliness, and supporting daily operations to deliver a great dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately at the counter or via self-service kiosks.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards.
- Ensure food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness in all work areas.
- Assist in inventory control, stock replenishment, and basic food preparation.
- Handle cash, payments, and point-of-sale (POS) transactions.
- Maintain dining area cleanliness, including clearing tables, sanitizing surfaces, and proper waste disposal.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Uphold brand service standards and respond to customer needs promptly and politely.
