Job Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and efficient customer service to ensure a positive dining experience

• Assist with order taking, cashiering, food serving, and basic customer enquiries

• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the front-of-house area in accordance with food hygiene standards

• Coordinate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service operations

• Handle customer feedback professionally and escalate issues when necessary

• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management

Job Requirements

• Previous experience in F&B service is preferred training will be provided for candidates without experience

• Service-oriented with good teamwork and communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

• Possession of a Food Hygiene Certificate will be an advantage

• Ability to communicate in English basic Mandarin will be an advantage for workplace communication
