Born from the same fire that built Burnt Ends Hospitality Group, People People Brewery is where great beer, wood-fired food, music, and community come together at Resorts World Sentosa. We're a working brewery, smokehouse, and social space rolled into one.

Here, beers are brewed just metres from the table, the wood fire is always burning, and the space hums with good conversation, great music, and shared moments. From casual catch-ups and milestone celebrations to big sporting events watched together with a cold beer in hand, it's a place to gather with friends, meet new people, and often stay a little longer than planned.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assisting and ensure a smooth daily service operations (opening and closing of outlet, taking orders, table setting, cleaning outlet etc.)

• To ensure that all pre-opening duties are completed on daily basis.

• Basic cashiering duties.

• To provide service according to procedures and standards established by the F&B department.

• To handle the beverages.

• To be familiar with all items on the menu. In this respect, you must have knowledge of all recipes, drink list, wine list and methods of preparation and preparation time.

• To recommend and promote all items on the menu or specials to guests.

• To handle guest complaints and feedbacks effectively and communicate to the immediate supervisor for follow up.

• To maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and deportment at all times.

• To clean up section area after service and maintain cleanliness of the area.

• Coordinate with the stewards, kitchen staff, bar staff to ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction.

• Help other areas of the restaurant such as answering telephones and completing financial transactions.

• Maintains the table culture and ambience at all times.

• To perform other related duties as required by the manager.

JobRequirements:

• No experience welcome

• No min cert required

• Ability to communicate effectively in English.

• Personable, charming and outgoing personality, with a strong service-attitude.

• 5 days work week (44 hours per week)

• Only Singaporean and Permanent Residents may apply
