Job Summary
You will support daily front-of-house and kitchen operations by preparing food and beverages according to SOPs, assisting with customer service and inventory, maintaining cleanliness and caf aesthetics, and supporting management tasks as needed.
Responsibilities
- Prepare food and beverage items such as espresso coffee, coffee latte art, smoothies, waffles, and menu items following standard operating procedures (SOP) to ensure consistent quality
- Operate the cashier and assist customers promptly to deliver excellent service
- Wash dishes and maintain cleanliness of the caf to uphold hygiene and 5S housekeeping standards
- Maintain caf aesthetics by caring for plants and general tidiness to create a welcoming environment
- Assist in inventory stock checks to support accurate material management
- Support kitchen operations by preparing ingredients and assisting cooks (senior position)
- Assist in ordering materials and supplies to ensure kitchen and caf needs are met (senior position)
- Assist general administrative tasks to support smooth operations (senior position)
- Collaborate with the manager to fulfill business needs and adapt to operational demands
- Follow strict food safety and hygiene practices in compliance with SFA regulations
- Work effectively in a fast-paced, non-halal caf environment while demonstrating punctuality, patience, and a strong work ethic
