Job Description:
We are looking for friendly and attentive Service Crew members to join our team. You will play a key role in ensuring a smooth dining experience for our guests and supporting the overall operations of the restaurant.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests warmly, ensuring a pleasant and professional first impression.
- Present menus and explain Omakase dining concepts to guests.
- Serve food and beverages according to the restaurant's service standards.
- Work closely with the chef and kitchen team to ensure smooth coordination.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the dining area.
- Assist in table setup, clearing, and resetting between services.
- Handle guest inquiries and feedback politely and promptly.
Requirements:
- Passionate about hospitality and Japanese dining culture.
- Friendly, polite, and service-oriented.
- No prior experience required training will be provided.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
- Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
- Basic English or Japanese-speaking ability is an advantage.
