Service Crew

Monthly Salary: Up to $5,000 (Negotiable)
Working Address: Syed Alwi Road (near Mustafa Centre)
Working Hours: 6 Day Work Week | 10:30 AM - 3:30 PM OR 6:30 PM - 11:30 PM

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Ensure smooth daily restaurant operations

• Handle front-of-house duties including cashiering and taking food and beverage orders

• Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner

• Deliver high standards of customer service and attend to guest enquiries

• Ensure timely serving and clearing of dishes and utensils

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards within the restaurant

• Perform any other duties as assigned by the reporting manager

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Passion for the F&B service industry

• Strong customer service mindset and positive attitude

• Willing to go the extra mile in delivering service excellence

• Training will be provided

• Able to work a 6-day work week, including weekends and public holidays
