Sun - Thu : 10:00am - 10:00pm (shift)
Fri, Sat, Eve of PH 10:00am - 11:00 pm (shift)
Responsibilities and Duties:
Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
High commitment to ensure customer satisfaction and deliver excellent service
Provide exceptional customers service and ensure a positive dining experience
Take customer orders accurately and relate them to the kitchen in a timely manner
Prepare simple food and beverage items, such as drinks, parfaits, and other desserts, as needed
Adhere to all food safety and health regulations
Communicate effectively with the kitchen staff to ensure prompt and efficient service.
Cashiering duties and other ad-hoc duties
Qualification and Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in the F&B industry (Japanese cuisine)
Quality-driven and customer-centric mindset, dedicated to providing exceptional service and experiences.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.
Able to commit to a 5-day work week, including weekends and public holidays, based on operational requirements.
