Service Crew / Kitchen Assistant (Breakfast Shift)

The Service Crew / Kitchen Assistant supports breakfast operations by assisting with food preparation, basic service duties, cleaning, and maintaining hygiene standards. This role supports both restaurant service and in-house bakery activities where required.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

1. Breakfast Service Support

• Assist with breakfast setup, service, and clearing of tables.

• Support basic food and beverage service during breakfast hours.

• Ensure dining area is clean, tidy, and ready for guests.

2. Cleaning & Hygiene

• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, bakery, and service areas.

• Follow food hygiene and safety standards at all times.

• Assist with daily cleaning duties including wiping surfaces and waste disposal.

3. Beverage Supplies Support

• Assist with receiving and arranging wine & beverage supplies and ingredients .

• Help with stock organisation and proper storage (FIFO practice).

5. Team Support

• Work closely with the Outlet Manager, kitchen staff, and service team.

• Carry out assigned duties to support smooth daily operations.
