Service Crew

Job Responsibilities

• Welcome and serve customers professionally.
• Take customer orders and process payments accurately.
• Operate the cashier and POS system.
• Prepare and cook noodles according to company standards.
• Serve food and beverages promptly.
• Assist in food preparation and kitchen operations when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of dining and work areas.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer enquiries.

Requirements

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset.
• Able to multitask between service, cashiering, and food preparation duties.
• Experience in F&B industry is an advantage but not required.
• Training will be provided.
