Job description:
- Greeting customers Irashaimasse!
- Introduce menu items to customers
- Serve food and beverages to customers tables, and clear them after meals
- Take the initiative to refill (free-flow) tea, cabbage and rice for customers
- Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of service/dining area
- Check and pack delivery orders
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned (e.g. cashiering, sweeping/ mopping the floor)
What we are able to offer
- Full-time service crew salary: $2,100 - $2,700 with employee benefits, performance bonus and career development opportunities.
- We provide outpatient medical coverage, staff meals, staff discounts, overtime pay when you agree to help with additional hours. We also support relevant upgrading courses/ training.
- All our supervisors/ managers are internal promotes from service crew.
- We are open to permanent part-timer as well ($12/h onwards). Part-timers receive employee benefits as well.
Requirements:
- Warm and cheerful personality. Good team player.
- Language: Able to read food orders in English. Being able to speak/communicate in basic Mandarin is a big plus
- Prior service experience is preferred but not necessary
- Min. 3 days per week. Able to work for at least 4 months.
- All successful candidates shall obtain the Food Safety Course Level 1 certificate.
