Service Crew | Full Time | High Earning Potential |Music Bar Environment

We are looking for charismatic and energetic Servers to join our fun and friendly team! We offer a fast-paced environment with a focus on creating a memorable experience for our guests who enjoy delicious food, craft drinks, and good times.

Responsibilities:

• Set up the dining area and service station for smooth business operations.

• Warmly greet and seat customers, making them feel comfortable and welcome.

• Confidently guide guests through menus, take accurate orders, and offer informed recommendations based on their preferences.

• Deliver exceptional table service, ensuring prompt and efficient food and beverage delivery while maintaining a clean and organized dining area through water refills and plate clearing.

• Process payments and ensure a smooth checkout experience.

• Contribute to a positive and energetic atmosphere by engaging with guests and fostering a sense of community.

What are we looking for:

• A friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for hospitality.

• Strong knowledge about food & beverage service. Bonus if you can suggest perfect food pairings!

• The ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently under pressure.

• A team player with excellent communication skills who builds rapport with ease.

• Experience creating memorable dining experiences and upselling is a plus.

Required Academic Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum N Level with strong written, verbal, and comprehension skills in English.

• Prior experience in a server role is a plus, but extensive on-the job training will be provided.

Work Environment: Primarily within our establishment, but occasional assistance may be required at sister locations.
