Responsibilities

• Serve customers attentively to meet company service standards
• Prepare bowls and smoothies accurately and efficiently
• Operate the POS system to process transactions correctly
• Monitor and manage inventory to maintain product availability at all times
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the outlet following standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors to support business needs

Required competencies and certifications

• Hold a valid SFA Food Handling Certificate
