Job Summary
The Service Crew is responsible for delivering excellent customer service by ensuring a pleasant dining experience, supporting daily restaurant operations, and maintaining cleanliness and service standards.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers warmly to create a welcoming dining atmosphere
- Accurately take customer orders and serve food and beverages to meet customer expectations
- Prepare and clear dining tables efficiently before and after service to maintain smooth operations
- Process customer payments and operate the POS system accurately for seamless transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of dining and service areas to comply with health standards
- Support takeaway and delivery operations by preparing orders and coordinating with delivery staff as needed
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and company standards consistently during all tasks
- Perform additional operational duties assigned by the supervisor to support restaurant functions
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Previous experience in food and beverage service is an advantage but not required
- Positive attitude with effective customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Openness to training and skill development
