Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and service-oriented individuals to join our team as Service Crew. You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and pleasant dining environment, and ensuring smooth daily operations of the outlet.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take and process food and beverage orders accurately
- Assist in food and drink preparation when necessary
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained at all times
- Handle cashiering duties, including POS operations and payment processing
- Support daily opening and closing duties of the outlet
- Work closely with kitchen and service teams to ensure efficient operations
Requirements
- Minimum Secondary education
- Prior F&B experience is an advantage, but training will be provided
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Responsible, proactive, and a team player
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Working Hours
- Full-Time: 5 to 6 days per week, rotating shifts
Salary & Benefits
- Full-Time: $2,200 - $2,400 per month (commensurate with experience)
