Working Days/Time

Part time - AM-10am- 3pm PM -5-9.30pm Full shift 12PM -closing ( at least 3 days per week, can work weekend) - $12-14/hr

Role and Responsibilities
. Greet customers, record orders, and serve food and beverages with a consistently positive and helpful attitude
. Help customers to settle down and also take their orders by answering questions about the menu.
. Ensure restaurant cleanliness daily by clearing tables, returning trays to the kitchen, sweeping, mopping floors & sanitizing
. Handle guests concerns and complaints professionally and calmly to resolve problems according to restaurant policy.
. Maintain a neat and tidy appearance by wearing a uniform and adhering to a corporate dress code.

Work Experience requirement
. 1 to 2 years of hospitality related experience
. Or even with no experience but with the passion for the industry

Preferred Skills
. Customer service
. Should have pleasing personality
. Excellent guest service skill.
