RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS
. Order taking and preparing drinks and starters according to customer's order
. Top up self-service counter and ensure sufficient supply throughout the operations
. Clear and clean tables for operation turnovers
. Prepare sushi ingredient and daily Mise-en-place
. Ensure sushi are sufficient for sales and display
. Prepare food according to SOP
. Prepare daily Mise-en-place and ensure proper serving of hot food
. Assist the outlet manager in the upkeep of stocks
. Maintain workplace cleanliness
. Ad-hoc duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
. No experience required.
. Good communication skills.
. Positive attitude and friendly.
. Team player.
. Willing to work weekend and holidays.
