We are looking for skilled and friendly Service Staff to join our team! This position plays a big role for creating and providing best customer experience and satisfaction. Your ultimate goal should be to provide an exceptional guest experience.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service
Ensure follow up is done for all tables to ensure customer satisfaction
Take orders and serve food/drinks orders/ dessert orders
Upsell during order taking and make recommendations
Arrange table settings
Keep tables clean and tidy at all times
Deliver checks and collect payments
Greet and welcome customers
Assist in the receiving of deliveries to our store
Replenish shelves with products
Maintain the cleanliness of the store
Create a healthy shopping experience throughout the store by sharing product knowledge with our customers
Answer enquiries and offer suggestions to our customers
Manage cash register
Packing of purchased items
Any other tasks as assigned by your line manager from time to time
