With 7 outlets across Singapore - Great World City, Orchard Central, VivoCity, Ngee Ann City (Takashimaya), 100AM, PLQ Mall, and Waterway Point - we are expanding and looking for passionate individuals to join our retail team.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist the Shop Manager and Assistant Managers in ensuring smooth daily operations of the shop

• Deliver excellent customer service and create a welcoming shopping experience for guests

• Process customer orders accurately and ensure items are prepared and served promptly

• Communicate effectively with service staff to maintain consistent service standards

• Handle customer enquiries and feedback professionally

• Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and organization of the shop and service areas

• Assist in shop opening and closing procedures

• Support shop events and promotional activities when required

Job Requirements

• Experience in F&B or retail operations is an advantage (especially in premium or luxury brands)

• Well-groomed with a professional appearance

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Customer-focused, proactive and able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Positive attitude with strong initiative

• Passionate about Japanese sweets culture and hospitality

• Interest in contributing to the growth of the sweets industry in Singapore
